(From the Visions of Shiloh)
At the sea shore a hand suddenly reaches down into the sand and pulls up a silver dollar. It is the Lord. He starts skipping silver dollars across the water, pulling more out of the sand, again and again.
After hesitating for a moment, I imitate His actions.
We both are having a good time skipping the silver dollars across the water.
Then He stops and touches my shoulder.
He points out over the water.
I stop and look, but I cannot see what He is pointing at.

We were all thirsty and Jesus knew it. So He got a small pitcher of water. He began to fill up large plastic cups – huge ‘44 oz’ cups (like you might get at a gas/petrol station). The water in the pitcher never ran dry, no matter how many He filled. He passed them out and we began to drink.
Next, The Lord told us to go look out the classroom windows. We stood to our feet and walked over the windows to look outside....

We were in a classroom, sitting at little half desks. The Lord was wearing brown robes and teaching us. He was using a pointer at the blackboard. Suddenly; He turned around and hit His desk with the pointer. He had a very serious expression.
Then He smiled at us and laughed.
But He got serious again.
‘I Love You’ He said.

Then the parrot flew up into a cherry tree. It picked a cherry with its beak. The cherry fell into the person’s hand and they ate it.
The parrot flew back down and removed scales from the person’s eyes with its beak. Then there was a full circle of people in white with rainbow-colored parrots on their shoulders.

A cup of coffee sat on a saucer on a table. A spoon stood upright in it – stirring the coffee by itself. Then the spoon was sitting on the saucer.
Someone sat down at the table and looked into the cup. The reflection in the coffee was the face of God. The person was very thirsty and drank all the coffee.
Then they were clothed in a white robe and standing outside. A rainbow-colored parrot sat on their shoulder.

In one of the first visions that I remember, years ago, the Lord took me on a walk through my own heart. We were in a long, clean hallway filled with doors. He stopped at one of them and reached his hand toward the doorknob but didn’t open the door. He looked at me as if to ask my permission.
I didn’t know what would be there and I was afraid at first so I hesitated. His eyes were bright and expectant, patient and hopeful. So I nodded at him that it was okay.
When he opened the door, there...
God has spoken to me in many ways in my life. Sometimes that includes dreams or visions. Here is one that has been very important to me for my whole life.
God showed me a picture of the mind of Christ. At first, from a distance it appeared to be a flat, two-dimensional cross section of the brain. Then the vision brought me closer and I saw how small I was compared to the immense size of it. And I realized it was actually a three-dimensional brain with huge angels hovering all around it. They...
The first thing I want to share with you is God's heart. That is the reason I am an author. From my own experiences and my own, unique point-of-view, I would like to share who God is. As a follower of Christ Jesus, I might suspect that some would see me as a religious person. But I would rather be known for my relationship with God. It is not just what I have 'learned' from others that defines my faith. It is a lifetime of interactions with the God who loves me that drives my passion, my...
